We have four synthetic Tennis Courts for hire. Bookings and racquet hire and ball sales are available at Country Club Reception.

Meetings of the SWRCC Tennis Club are held on the 1st Monday of each month at 7.00pm at the Trevor James Tennis Clubhouse.

Court Rules

• Tennis Court Keys are obtained from Reception at the Country Club after 9am & bookings, fees & court hire are taken care of at Reception
• All members must supply their Member Card to obtain the Members Key - Club No. is to be recorded in the court bookings book on court being booked (Juniors are not eligible to obtain Member’s Keys)
• Members using the Clubhouse must leave it clean & tidy
• Court Keys do not allow access to Tennis Club house
• Junior non-members must pay normal court hire fee unless accompanied by a Tennis Club Member

Competitions

The SWRCCTC Championships are held annually. Men’s & Women’s competitions are held Tuesday & Thursday nights respectively from 6pm. Teams representing SWRCCTC compete in local Macleay Area Competitions. Junior Competition is held on Friday nights.

Membership Fees

Over 18 years of age – $11.00 Country Club Membership + $44.00 Tennis Club
16-18 years of age – $2.20 Jnr Country Club + $20.00 Junior Tennis Club
Under 16 years of age – $20.00 Junior Tennis Club

All Member Fees are per Financial Year.
All members are encouraged to become a Member of Tennis NSW ($14.50 for adults & $9.00 Juniors per annum) for registration to a State Body, extra insurance & other incentives. Please approach executive for application forms.

Member Court Hire

• Day $3 per member (no time limit)
• If a non-member is playing with a member during the day $8 per person
• Night $10 per hour per court

Visitor Court Hire

• Day – $14 / hour / court
• Night – $18 / hour / court
• Visitors need to contact Reception to book Tennis Courts on 65 666 252
• Bookings may be made from 9am each morning
• Tennis Racquets may be hired from Reception at $3.00 per Racquet
• Tennis Balls may be purchased at Reception either by the tube or ex-Competition balls, prices as marked
